Make sure your email lands in the inbox
Since 2024 Gmail and Yahoo reject or spam-folder mail from domains without proper authentication. Helicopterview checks SPF, DKIM and DMARC on every domain and tells you what to add.
No credit card. Nothing to install.
Example from the fix list
kade-interieur.nlNo DMARC policy for kade-interieur.nl
Gmail and Yahoo require DMARC for bulk senders. Without it your newsletters and invoices may bounce or hit spam.
Everything email deliverability covers
SPF record
Whether an SPF record exists, whether there is only one, and whether it is too permissive.
DKIM signing
Whether DKIM keys are published on common selectors for your email provider.
DMARC policy
Whether DMARC exists and whether it actually protects (quarantine or reject) or only monitors.
Email provider
Which provider handles mail for the domain, such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
Spoofing protection for non-mail domains
Domains that don’t send email still need SPF and DMARC so scammers can’t use them.
MX changes
An alert when mail servers change, one of the most disruptive unplanned changes there is.
Small problems, big consequences
Missing email authentication means invoices end up in spam, newsletters bounce and anyone can send phishing mail that looks like it came from you. It is cheap to fix but easy to forget, especially across dozens of domains.

Frequently asked questions
Do you read my email?
No. We only look at public DNS records. We never access a mailbox.
Why do domains without email need SPF and DMARC?
Because scammers can still send mail pretending to be that domain. A strict record blocks that.
Which DKIM selectors do you check?
The common ones used by Google, Microsoft, TransIP and most hosting providers. A custom selector may not be detected.
What should my DMARC policy be?
Start with p=none to collect reports, then move to quarantine and finally reject once everything is aligned.
